Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies LLC in Cookeville, TN is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR business partner for our Cookeville, TN location (G&L Tube). The HR Manager will be responsible for all people-related strategies and day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progression in an HR generalist or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing/industrial.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive change in a fast-paced, operational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust at all levels.
• Discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism in sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS, data analysis, and reporting for informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to site leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and change management.
• Partner with leaders to build an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with AeroFlow values.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, discipline, performance management, and grievances.
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance, conduct, and employee issues.
• Lead recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles and ensure timely hiring.
• Partner on onboarding, training, and development to support engagement and retention.
• Support performance management and leadership development processes.
• Process weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timely data submission.
• Maintain employee records in ADP WFN to ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs in compliance with policies.
• Manage time and attendance tracking and integration with payroll.
• Collaborate with corporate HR on benefits, compensation planning, and annual HR cycles.
