Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employees and supervisors on HR policies and inquiries.
• Assist in administering HR policies, procedures, and handbook guidelines.
• Support performance management processes and documentation for managers.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Support onboarding and employee transitions administratively.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
