Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR, labor scheduling, or workforce coordination experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess labor needs based on production schedules to create labor schedules.
• Organize and schedule employees weekly by qualifications and availability.
• Coordinate postings for weekend overtime sign-ups and layoff programs.
• Partner with leaders to anticipate staffing needs and adjust schedules.
• Provide labor and workforce reports to HR leadership and Payroll.
