Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to the plant.
• Lead recruitment for hourly roles at the plant.
• Ensure documentation complies with legal requirements.
• Maintain employee communications and handbook understanding.
• Coordinate Safety program to drive a zero-incident culture.
• Assist HR projects with continuous improvement mindset.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Coordinate new employee orientation activities.
• Handle mild to moderate employee relations issues.
• Provide training to leaders on ER, compliance, and engagement.
• Act as Wellness Champion for corporate wellness initiatives.
• Manage United Way campaign.
• Present employee benefits and address benefits questions.
• Work with third-party admins on FMLA/STD/ADA matters.
• Occasional after-hours work as needed.
• Administer Workday transactions.
• Maintain attendance records per laws.
