Responsibilities

• Maintains visibility and accessibility with all employees across shifts.
• Performs full-cycle hourly recruiting, including postings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Coordinates introductory review processes and ensures program effectiveness.
• Uses HRIS (Workday) for data entry and audits data integrity.
• Assists in payroll administration for hourly staff.
• Tracks attendance, headcount, and recruitment activity; publishes data weekly.
• Monitors timekeeping systems and manages time-off requests.
• Coordinates employee events and recognition activities.
• Addresses employee concerns and escalates as needed with site HR.
