The position is on-site in Houston, TX, offering up to $65K (DOE) plus benefits and 401K. This entry-level opportunity provides broad exposure to the employee lifecycle and a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Human Resources, recruiting, administrative support, customer service, or business operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field REQUIRED
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities: requisitions, postings, applications, screenings, interview scheduling, and offer letters.
• Provide day-to-day HR administration and employee support; manage HR records and HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave, compliance, and HR documentation.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives; support training and development.
