Job summary

Entegris is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator for the Burnet, TX facility. You will handle transactional HR activities across the employee lifecycle, partner with HR partners, recruiters, and leaders, and support onboarding, compliance, reporting, and general employee questions.

The role requires coordination of interviews, new hire orientation, and HR data maintenance, with occasional travel to Round Rock as needed. On-site work experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR administrative, coordinator, or related experience; manufacturing or multi-site experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter approved requisitions in Workday and maintain tracking.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, job fairs, and onboarding.
• Coordinate weekly New Hire Orientation and onboarding materials.
• Track onboarding metrics and coordinate orientation sessions.
• Process Workday transactions for hires, transfers, and separations.
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS audits.
• Prepare compliance documentation and audit requests.
• Provide routine payroll administration support and benefits coordination.
