Burnett Specialists seeks an experienced HRIS Specialist for a 2-month on-site contract in Houston, TX. You will manage HRIS data, run reports, support compliance, and help streamline HR processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred), advanced Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills to partner with payroll, IT, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HRIS experience.
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS platform required.
• Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• HRIS Administration & System Support: Maintain employee records, positions, reporting relationships, and system configurations.
• Data Management & Reporting: Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• HR Operations Support: Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HR teams; support onboarding/offboarding.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: Support compliance with laws and internal policies; identify automation opportunities.
