This on-site, full-time role supports leaders with HR guidance, employee relations, and policy interpretation while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance.

The HRBP will handle investigations, workforce planning, onboarding, and change management initiatives, partnering with leadership to strengthen engagement and retention in a fast-paced mining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years HR experience with employee relations focus.
• Knowledge of mining or heavy industry environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR consultation and guidance to leaders.
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and Company policies.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Coordinate HR programs, housing, and other employee support initiatives.
