Placements24 is seeking a diligent HR Administrator to join the team in Upington. This on-site role focuses on HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and daily HR operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of SA labor law, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior HRIS familiarity is a plus. A pathway for career growth within HR is offered in Upington.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
• Basic knowledge of South African labor law and HR practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment activities: post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews.
