Job summary

Damar Services, LLC in Richmond, Indiana is seeking a Site Human Resources Manager to lead the site’s HR function, providing hands-on support to employees and leaders while independently handling employee relations, investigations, manager coaching, full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and local HR compliance.

This role partners with enterprise HR for specialized expertise, ensuring consistency with corporate programs while strengthening Damar’s presence in the Richmond

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least three years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, investigations, coaching, and recruiting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of recruiting, employment law, and HR practices.
• Clear of felony convictions and able to pass drug screen and background checks.
• Preferred: SHRM certification and experience supporting a site or business unit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers on site.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee relations matters.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for site positions.
• Coordinate benefits, leaves, payroll, and HR systems with enterprise partners.
• Support HR compliance, audits, and process improvements at the site.
