Chief Seattle Club in Seattle, WA seeks a Support Assistant to work on-site at our housing sites including ?ál?al and Goldfinch Elders' Housing. You will assist Case Managers, support residents, and help run wrap-around services that promote healthy, stable living for residents, especially Indigenous communities.

This role requires trauma-informed care, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-risk environment.

Qualifikationen

• GED or High School diploma is required.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate a safe, healthy community daily with residents and staff.
• Provide trauma-informed care and respectful support to residents.
• Monitor building safety and perform daily inspections.
• Assist case managers and residents with wrap-around services.
• Attend staff meetings and community events as needed.
