Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Housing Stability Coordinator to develop on-site programming, provide case management, and connect residents with resources to promote housing stability and successful tenancy.

You will collaborate with property teams and community partners to meet reporting requirements and enhance safety and wellbeing across sites. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in social services and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in mental health or housing stability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supportive service plans and deliver programming at all properties.
  • Ensure PMC Scorecard compliance and timely reporting to state and federal agencies.
  • Assess residents’ needs and connect them to services and resources.
  • Educate residents on lease obligations to improve tenancy.
  • Address rental delinquency and turnover drivers.
  • Network with community agencies to provide educational programming.
  • Collaborate with management on resident issues and concerns.
  • Assist residents with eligibility documents related to housing stability.
  • Liaise with external case management providers and property operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
