Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Housing Stability Coordinator to develop and implement on-site programming that improves residents' lives and property operations. You will provide resources and referrals to community programs and ensure compliance with reporting agencies.

The role includes case management for residents in homeless/PSH units, helping with housing stability, lease guidance, and collaboration with management and local agencies to reduce delinquency and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• 2–3 years of experience in the mental health field or housing stability role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of supportive service plans and programming at all properties.
• Ensure PMC Scorecard compliance and timely reporting to state/federal authorities.
• Assess residents’ needs and connect them with services and resources.
• Educate residents on lease obligations to support successful tenancy.
• Collaborate with community agencies to provide on-site programming and services.
