The position focuses on administrative support, contract and proposal preparation, and maintaining the hotel sales database, with responsibilities extending to meetings and events, client communications, and group lead management. Regular hours apply, with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Related work experience in hotel sales or customer service.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized team player with the ability to work within tight and changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales.
• Prepare contracts and proposals.
• Maintain the hotel sales database.
• Finalize and detail meetings and events.
• Correspond with clients and guests by email, phone, and in person.
• Maintain lead sources for groups.
• Provide operational support (Manager on Duty/Front Desk) as needed.
