SREE Hotels LLC is seeking a Hotel Sales & Events Coordinator for the Hampton Inn/Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Cincinnati. The role supports Sales Managers and the Director, coordinating group and meeting/event details, BEOs, menus, decor and space needs, ensuring client satisfaction.

The position offers professional training, competitive pay, and a benefits package including fully-paid health insurance after 3 years, dental, vision, and a 401K match. Weekend/evening work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales, hotel front desk, catering or events.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups; calculate figures and apply basic algebra.
• Must be able to work some weekends and evenings based on events.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers and Director with group and meeting/event clients; document and communicate requirements.
• Coordinate meeting/event details, prepare BEOs, proposals and contracts.
• Schedule, track room blocks, group resumes and activity calendars; ensure guest satisfaction.
