Job summary

Wyndham Bonnet Creek is seeking an Engineer II to maintain hotel systems and the building envelope at our Orlando property. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment checks, minor repairs, and guest-focused service.

Ideal candidates will have vocational training or certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines. On-site duties support guest experiences and facility operations.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry experience required or certificated.
• Experience maintaining building systems and building envelope preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all building systems and building envelope to ensure guest safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance and handle work orders (ceiling tiles, bulbs, etc.).
• Check electrical systems, HVAC, and related equipment; perform minor repairs.
• Service pool and maintain chemical levels and records.
• Refurbish and move furniture as needed; maintain curb appeal and exterior.
• Respond courteously to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
