Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building construction.
• Vocational training or an associate degree/certification in a relevant trade.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes of notification.
• Diagnose defects, troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective actions.
• Follow procedures for repair, preventive maintenance, and installations.
• Comply with codes and safety requirements at all times.
• Coordinate with other trades (electrician, carpenter, painter, night engineer).
