Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of multifamily residential property management experience.
• Experience with lease-ups, new construction, and NYC real estate operations.
• Licensed or able to obtain NY real estate license within 120 days.
• Strong leadership in hospitality-driven service and teams.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, GAAP, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality-driven resident experience and establish service standards.
• Oversee mixed-use property operations with tenants, ownership, and vendors.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance reports.
• Supervise staff, leasing teams, and building operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, health and safety, and audits.
