Job summary

Rose Associates seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead operations at 5 Times Square, a premier mixed-use property in Manhattan. This strategic, hospitality-driven role requires NY real estate expertise, hands-on leadership, and a focus on resident experience while coordinating residential, commercial, and retail needs.

You will manage budgets, drive KPIs, oversee staff and vendor contracts, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining safety and asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, real estate, marketing, finance, or related field.
• At least 15 years of multifamily residential property management experience.
• Experience with lease-ups, new construction, and NYC real estate operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish service standards to deliver a welcoming residential experience.
• Develop and track KPIs to elevate service quality and performance.
• Oversee mixed-use operations coordinating residential, commercial and retail needs.
• Lead Resident Managers, staff, and leasing teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety standards and reporting.
