View Homes LLC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Sales Representative to sell homes at established prices and meet monthly sales goals under the direction of the Director of Sales. This role requires driving customer-focused service and a strong emphasis on process improvement.

You will manage buyers from first contact through construction and closing, maintain market knowledge, and collaborate with lenders and realtors to support smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to manipulate and be proficient with PCs and Windows applications.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a home sales environment or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages buyers throughout their home-buying experience, from initial contact through construction of the home and after closing.
• Meets monthly sales plan by proactively creating prospects, following up on all leads, and securing Realtor partner relationships.
• Maintains complete knowledge of the assigned community’s demographics, such as schools, shopping, parks, churches, accessibility, events, etc.
• Maintains accurate files of pricing, floor plans, elevations, options, features, products, memos, buyers, prospects, and properties, updating all systems daily.
• Plans, implements, and executes Marketing strategies from the monthly community Marketing calendar.
