Job summary

View Homes, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage buyers from initial contact through construction and closing. You will meet monthly sales plans by building prospects, nurturing Realtor partnerships, and maintaining up-to-date pricing, floor plans, and community details.

Responsibilities include planning marketing efforts, creating content for the home-buying experience, and maintaining clear communication with buyers about contracts and progress. A driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year progressive experience in a home sales environment or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows applications.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages buyers throughout their home-buying experience from initial contact to after closing.
• Meets monthly sales plan by proactively creating prospects and maintaining Realtor relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of community demographics and pricing, floor plans, and features.
• Keeps pricing, plans, options, and buyer records organized and up-to-date.
• Plans and executes community marketing strategies and events.
• Communicates with buyers about contracts, construction progress, loan needs, and updates.
