Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Home Health Recruiter to build and maintain a robust caregiver pipeline including RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. This in-office, full-time role involves screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules for hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with social media recruitment and events is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-office presence required.
• Social media recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
• NOT remote. In office required.
