Responsibilities

• Lead external recruitment efforts to hire qualified nurses for open shifts and patient cases.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to address staffing gaps and establish recruiting priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, resumes, referrals, and community outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates for clinical alignment and fit for home-based care.
• Document recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and manage candidate progression.
• Generate offers and coordinate onboarding with People Services.
