Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 college credits OR 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare/office environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caregiver schedules and client service records.
• Review service authorizations and contract requirements.
• Coach and support caregivers to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, payer, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients, case managers, and leadership.
