Strong leadership and bilingual abilities may be required depending on location. You will oversee records, plans of care, and required documentation while ensuring compliance, billing accuracy, and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 college credits or 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations preferred.
• Strong documentation and computer skills.
• Bilingual fluency may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule personal care services and coverage for absences.
• Maintain client service records and plans of care.
• Review service authorizations and contract-specific requirements.
• Monitor billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery reports.
• Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers to promote performance.
• Ensure caregiver trainings, health assessments, and in-services are up to date.
• Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams and support audits.
