Elara Caring is seeking a Care Team Supervisor for Personal Care Services in Des Plaines, IL. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $22–$25 per hour.

You will lead a team of caregivers, coordinate scheduling, and ensure high-quality home care for patients. You’ll oversee documentation, track service authorizations, and monitor billing and payroll processes while guiding staff and maintaining compliance with licensure and payer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or home care environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and documentation.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule personal care services.
• Maintain client plans of care and caregiver schedules.
• Review service authorizations and contract-specific requirements.
• Monitor billing, payroll, and service delivery reports.
• Support branch growth initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers.
• Ensure caregiver trainings and certifications are up to date.
• Communicate professionally with clients, case managers, and leadership.
