Allan Myers Inc. is seeking an eager Project Engineer to support heavy civil construction on-site. You will work with the Project Team to plan, schedule, and manage projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

We provide training, resources, and growth opportunities within a leading self-performing contractor across the Mid-Atlantic. This role collaborates with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in construction management roles, heavy civil preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed.
• FE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract admin, job costs, change orders, and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Develop plans and schedules with the Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for the team, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Identify, order and coordinate delivery of permanent materials with Purchasing.
• Manage RFI and submittal processes in CMiC.
• Process owner billings and project accounting tasks.
• Assist Project Manager with Change Orders and documentation.
• Monitor safety compliance with the Safety Manager.
