Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of engineering or construction experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops work plans and schedules for production.
• Performs laborer tasks as part of a crew.
• Interprets contract plans and specifications.
• Ensures that work performed meets the specified requirements and production.
• Documents projects through diary entries, photographs, video, inspections, reports, and logs.
• Develops, reviews, and processes submissions to final approval.
• Assists in negotiation, pricing, and purchasing of parts, materials, and labor.
• Assists in managing fabrication delivery and correct cost code charging and invoicing.
• Tracks quantities of work performed by company and subcontractors for billing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports safety initiatives and the Home Safe Tonight program.
