Job summary

ShiftMed is looking for a dedicated Onboarding Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM to support our partnership with Presbyterian Healthcare Services. This on-site role manages orientation, clinician scheduling, and compliance on site at the Cooper Center, and handles day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will drive LMS completion, clock-in/out support, and data updates while visiting clinicians on-site every other Monday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST; remote otherwise.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare staffing, credentialing, compliance, or clinical operations.
• Comfortable working on site at a healthcare facility and interacting with clinicians once every two weeks for orientation.
• Strong attention to detail around certifications, expirations, and account data accuracy.
• Clear, professional communication style; comfortable answering clinician questions in the moment.
• Organized and self-directed; able to track multiple recurring deadlines without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the orientation day from start to finish on site at the Cooper Center.
• Set expectations for clinicians as representatives of ShiftMed.
• Answer one-off clinician questions in real time.
• Assist with clock-in and clock-out procedures.
• Coordinate the scheduling of buddy shifts.
• Collect clinician referrals while on site.
• Confirm LMS (Learning Management System) completion before clinicians leave orientation.
