Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on implementing safety programs, on-site training, and incident investigations to protect workers and subcontractors on our job sites.

You will conduct inspections, develop protocols, provide toolbox talks, and maintain documentation while traveling to multiple sites across the country as needed to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr construction industry certification.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3-5 years of proven Health and Safety experience in construction/industrial settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site to ensure OSHA compliance and company policy.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks and orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers for correct use of personal protective equipment.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses and violations; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date safety program documentation and regulatory records.
• Coordinate with management to foster a culture of continuous safety improvement.
