Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to implement, monitor, and improve safety programs on our job sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of safety among all employees and contractors.

The role requires conducting safety inspections, developing protocols, delivering on-site safety training, and coordinating with management to drive continuous safety improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification for construction or related environments.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3–5 years of proven health and safety experience, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to job sites across the country for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations to ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for safety-related matters and coordinate with management for continuous improvement.
