Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to implement, monitor, and improve safety programs at construction sites across the country. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a safety-first culture among employees and contractors.

Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, developing emergency plans, delivering toolbox talks, and maintaining comprehensive safety records to support ongoing improvement and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is required.
• 3–5 years of proven health and safety experience, preferably in construction or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site to ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment and enforce PPE policies.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety violations; propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary safety contact and coordinate with management to drive continuous improvement.
