Netflix is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator to provide 24/7/365 monitoring and protection of people, assets, business operations, and facilities. This on-site role requires coordinating with on-site security and Enterprise Security teams, documenting incidents, and escalating events promptly.

The position includes a Tuesday–Saturday shift from 2pm to 10:30pm with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a security control center environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Security Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Working level proficiency in web-based social media platforms, search tools, productivity applications, and communication technology.
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Excellent personal communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to work inclusively with others.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizations.
• Multilingual capabilities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security, communications, surveillance, and fire/life safety systems across locations.
• Identify suspicious activity and operational disruptions via CCTV and remote surveillance.
• Respond to alarms according to procedures.
• Handle routine and emergency communications via phones, radios, intercoms.
• Provide guidance to employees and on-site security during incidents.
• Escalate incidents to designated internal and external contacts without delay.
• Document events through incident and shift reports.
• Maintain situational awareness and update GSOC leadership.
• Coordinate two-way communications across security teams.
• Report missing or inoperative equipment promptly.
• Support coordination across security teams for incident response.
• Initiate emergency notifications per post orders.
