Job summary

Prosegur Global Risk Services (GRS) operates a dedicated Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for Sony Interactive Entertainment. The GSOC Lead directs on-shift personnel, oversees incident response, and ensures monitoring, intelligence, and coordination functions support SIE globally.

The role requires leadership, advanced incident management, and real-time decision-making affecting safety and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GSOC, security operations, intelligence analysis, or risk monitoring.
• Experience leading shifts or coordinating complex security incidents.
• Strong grasp of global threat landscapes and risk assessment.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions under pressure.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift decision-making authority for GSOC operations.
• Direct and manage GSOC Analysts on shift, ensuring SOP/SLA adherence.
• Lead incident command for high-impact events and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct shift briefings, passdowns, and drills; oversee life-safety monitoring.
• Oversee threat monitoring, documentation, and escalation of incidents.
• Liaise with emergency services and regional security managers as needed.
