Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a GSOC Operator for the night shift to support global safety, security, and crisis management. You will monitor security systems, dispatch responses, analyze intelligence, and coordinate communications during major incidents, events, and travel safety operations.

The role requires to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a base salary of $53,600–$67,000 and potential incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in GSOC, emergency dispatch, or similar center.
• Ability to communicate under pressure with all levels.
• Able to type at least 60 wpm into CAD/monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate responses to incidents on premises or events.
• Review and escalate intelligence data to mitigate threats.
• Monitor security systems (access control, video, alarms) and support incident response.
• Prepare communications for security management during major incidents.
• Support traveler safety and global risk monitoring activities.
