Qualifications

• 2+ years of GSOC/security operations/risk monitoring experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading shifts or coordinating complex security incidents.
• Strong understanding of global threat landscapes (crime, civil unrest, geopolitical risk, natural disasters).
• Proven ability to make independent operational decisions under pressure.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership & Operational Oversight: serve as on-shift decision-making authority and direct GSOC Analysts.
• Incident Command & Escalation Management: lead coordination of complex or high-impact incidents and escalate to stakeholders as needed.
• Risk Intelligence & Monitoring Oversight: oversee global threat monitoring and validate assessments.
• Liaise with emergency services, regional security managers, and corporate stakeholders as required.
