Job summary

Core Spaces in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Porter to perform groundskeeping and maintenance on-site. You’ll handle trash removal, pool cleaning, landscaping touch-ups, and general upkeep to maintain curb appeal and brand standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a willingness to support move-outs and turn-ins as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least one year of maintenance

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient in simple computer tasks.
• One year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and upkeep of property: daily checklists, exterior cleanliness, landscaping maintenance, pool cleaning, furniture arrangement, mopping and vacuuming, upkeeping amenity areas to brand standards.
• Work on-site full shift; availability for evenings, weekends, and overtime; assist with move-outs/turns.
