Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support the maintenance of our communities in Raleigh, NC. The role covers routine and cosmetic duties, with supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety and property regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a path to growth within a fast-growing real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Enforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegates
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines
