Job summary

Core Spaces on-site in Madison, WI is seeking a Porter to perform groundskeeping and upkeep of the property, ensuring curb appeal and cleanliness. You’ll complete daily checklists, maintain exterior areas, and assist with move-ins as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, availability for evenings and weekends, and prior maintenance or skilled-trade experience preferred. A HS diploma and basic computer tasks proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in simple computer tasks.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work a full shift on-site, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• One year of maintenance or skilled-trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and upkeep to maintain exterior curb appeal.
• Complete daily checklists and keep areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain landscaping and pool areas between third-party service visits.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and furniture arrangement as needed.
