Qualifications

• Reliable transportation for on-call or emergency needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Inspect exterior grounds, breezeways, and buildings daily.
• Assist with painting curbs, touch-ups and minor maintenance tasks.
• Support maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outs.
• Clean and maintain clubhouse, amenity spaces, and pool area.
