Responsibilities include daily inspections, pool area upkeep, trash removal, and assisting with events while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-call availability and outdoor work are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, high school diploma preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Groundskeeping and landscaping experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office curb appeal.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily; assist with pool area care.
• Keep common areas clean and maintain trash removal routines.
• Support daily upkeep of the clubhouse and amenity spaces.
• Address complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to dress code and safety policies.
