Student Quarters Community Villas Knoxville is seeking a Maintenance Porter to support grounds and amenities on-site. The role covers exterior upkeep, pool maintenance, and clubhouse cleanliness with a focus on maximizing curb appeal.

The Porter works Monday to Friday with on-call weekend availability and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. A high school diploma is preferred, and candidates should be able to handle outdoor work in extreme temperatures.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining grounds and exterior areas.
• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and exterior upkeep across grounds and amenities.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily and assist with trash removal.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep records per state/local rules.
• Assist in clubhouse upkeep and amenity area cleanliness.
• Be on call and handle tasks with professional communication.
