Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas while supporting the maintenance team. Weekend availability may be required.

You must be physically able to perform hard outdoor work and follow established procedures. Responsibilities include trash-out tasks, painting, minor repairs, and assisting with make-ready efforts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Grace Hill training is required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas, and parking lots clean and presentable.
• Use blowers and brooms to clean sidewalks and outdoor walkways.
• Perform trash-out duties for vacated units and dispose of abandoned items as directed.
• Detail the grounds regularly, including raking shrub beds and shoveling mud or dirt as needed.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and make-ready efforts when requested.
• Perform minor repairs such as screen replacement, light bulb changes, painting, and general upkeep.
• Complete interior and exterior painting and basic maintenance duties when assigned.
• Change locks, rekey units, and distribute resident communications when requested.
• Help clean and organize maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Assist with heavy lifting and cleaning of vacant units.
