Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, assist with make-ready tasks, and support maintenance needs as directed by the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager.

The role requires physical work outdoors, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. Weekend availability may be required to support community needs.

Qualifications

• This role requires ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Must follow company procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Must be able to lift and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily to remove litter and debris from common areas.
• Clean leasing office, pathways, stairs, laundry rooms, and recreation areas.
• Use blowers and brooms to clean sidewalks and walkways.
• Perform trash-out duties for vacated units and disposal as directed.
• Ensure dumpster areas are tidy and doors closed on windy days.
• Detail grounds regularly, including shrub beds and mud removal.
