Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site apartment community. You will maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas while supporting the maintenance team with various tasks.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliable transportation. Weekend availability may be needed based on community needs, and a $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to complete physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Must complete Grace Hill training (bonuses and commissions are contingent upon compliance).

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas and other spaces clean and presentable.
• Use blowers, brooms, and other tools to clean sidewalks and outdoor walkways.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and minor repairs as requested.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintain grounds and storage areas.
• Assist with physical tasks such as moving heavy items or cleaning vacant units.
