Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper – Multifamily for our on-site team. Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, common areas, and building exteriors, while supporting the maintenance crew with make-ready tasks and basic repairs.

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and lift heavy items as needed. This full-time position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to take direction and follow established procedures.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.
• Must have reliable transportation (where applicable).
• Completion of Grace Hill training is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready and basic repairs.
• Perform exterior cleaning and safety checks.
• Move items as needed and assist with large projects.
• Follow OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing guidelines.
