Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas of an apartment community. This on-site role supports the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and general upkeep to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift and move items as needed, and follow safety guidelines. Weekend availability may be required; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Able to follow directions and procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending and climbing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris and pet waste.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pools and parking areas clean and presentable.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and make-ready efforts.
• Perform minor repairs and painting as needed.
• Complete safety checks and report hazards per company policy.
