Job summary

SunRidge Management Group on-site Porter/Groundskeeper keeps grounds, common areas, and building exteriors clean, safe, and appealing while supporting the maintenance team.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, ability to work outdoors in various weather, and occasional weekend shifts; you will perform tasks from trash-out duties to basic painting and lock changes, with a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Walk property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas, and parking lots clean and presentable.
• Use blowers, brooms, and tools to clean sidewalks and outdoor walkways.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform minor repairs such as painting and light bulb changes.
• Change locks, rekey units, and distribute resident communications.
