Job summary

The City of New York seeks a permanent Construction Project Manager to assist the Construction Management Section Lead in overseeing Green Infrastructure projects in NYC, including inspections, documentation, and compliance with contract documents and codes.

You will coordinate field inspections, prepare schedules and cost reports, lead progress meetings with contractors and consultants, and support procurement of design services during construction while coordinating with DEP and partner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field inspections for capital GI contracts and on-site projects.
• Prepare reports on project schedules, costs, and progress to Section Lead.
• Lead construction progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and agencies.
• Assist in procurement and management of design services during construction (DSDC).
• Coordinate with DEP and partner agencies to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
